Function Features:

The Reinforced Mesh Machine type II is equipment for welding fence mesh and mine timbering mesh. Both the line wire and cross wire are fed from pre-cut wires. The cross wires are fallen automatically, finished mesh is pulled by step motor.

Automatic Reinforcement Mesh Welder Machine Advantage:

The line wires are fed manually, the cross wires falling automatically by step motor. When the wire diameter is 4mm to 8mm, both the welding electrodes and trans former are equipped with water cooling system to prolong the service life. This machine is mainly used to produce fence mesh or mine timbering mesh. Fence mesh is widely used in our daily life, it’s beautiful and practical. Mine timbering mesh is used in tunnel and coal for safety protection.

Our Peruvian customer ordered the first production line from us in 2012 with a value ofninety thousand dollars and because of the good running condition of ourmachines, they placed subsequent order for another two wire drawing productionline, one welding machine production line and twenty-three sets nail makingmachine from us. This customer has manufactured wire products only for two tothree years, currently their market share has accounted for 20% in Peru and Chile. At present, their company roseto the second largest wire products supplier in Peru.

In June this year, wecooperated again in two complete welding net production line, the scale of thispurchase was much bigger than before, with a value of $500000.00 and technicallyspeaking, machines are all full automatic this time instead of previous manualoperation. So far, this client has placed orders valued nearly a million.
